Opus People Solutions are seeking a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis in Ipswich to join a friendly, growing and vibrant team.This is a hybrid role where the expectation is 3 days per week in the office, 2 days at home.You will take responsibility to produce accurate and timely management accounts. You will work closely with the Operational Heads to understand operations including risks, and opportunities, and support with financial information and analysis to assist with decision making.Experience: We are seeking someone with experience of creating management accounts, with a solid background - the rest we can train.Key Responsibilities:Production of accurate monthly management accounts for the division, including accrual calculations and accounting adjustments in accordance with relevant financial reporting standards and company policiesPrepare variance analysis for operational services and support functions within the divisionMonthly management reporting is produced within a timely mannerEnsure that budgets are monitored effectively and actions to address any issues are discussed with the Operational HeadsScenario planning and financial analysis to support operational decisionsFull balance sheet reconciliations for the divisionManage the month-end timetable and communications with all relevant partiesAssist with the production of budget and forecasts, working closely with the Operational HeadsLiaise with internal and external auditors, and produce information
