Senior Quantity Surveyor

to join a leading main contractor with an established reputation in delivering large-scale mission critical, industrial, and data centre projects across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QS to take on a senior role within a forward-thinking contractor, offering long-term progression, high-profile projects, and a competitive package.

Key Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of cost control, procurement, and contractual obligations

Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets, and forecasts

Leading subcontractor negotiations and managing payments

Supporting commercial strategy and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

Working closely with project teams to drive value and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level

Background in mission critical, industrial, or data centre projects (preferred)

Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC/JCT advantageous)

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
