An investment firm based in Mayfair seek an experienced banking EA to join their Financial Sponsors Group, supporting a team of 8 including 2 Senior Managing Directors.This is an incredibly busy team requiring an experienced banking PA/EA with strong diary management skills due to the high volume of meeting scheduling. There is also an element of events and marketing within this role- it''s an exciting EA role not to be missed out on!This is a full time permanent position, working 9-5 hours, 4 days in the office 1 from home.Key responsibilities:Managing highly complex diaries across multiple international time zones, coordinating meetings, lunches, dinners, and conference calls via platforms such as Zoom and Teams, while ensuring all required facilities are arranged internally or externally as needed.Coordinating global travel arrangements and handling last-minute schedule changes efficiently.Organising client and corporate entertainment events.Managing expenses and supporting financial administration tasks.Maintaining and updating CRM databases.Preparing documents and overseeing printing and binding requirements when required.Providing support and cover for other assistants within the team as needed.The firm offer an incredibly generous company benefit package including 15% pension contributions and private medical/dental healthcare, they are also well known for their generous bonuses!Please apply to be considered.
