As our Governance Professional, you’ll be the cornerstone of effective governance across the Trust. Working closely with the Chair of Trustees and CEO, you’ll ensure the smooth and compliant operation of our governance structures.You Will
Lead and coordinate the clerking team across our schoolsPrepare agendas, collate and distribute meeting papersAccurately minute meetings and maintain statutory recordsProvide trusted procedural and legislative adviceSupport ad hoc governor link meetings and occasional panelsThis is a part-time position with a hybrid working model. In-person attendance is required for meetings and other key events, as needed. The role is well-suited to professionals who may also support other schools or Trusts.What You Bring
