The team delivers full end-to-end retrofit services for a wide range of clients, focusing on large-scale social housing regeneration and energy efficiency projects. You''ll be working on significant retrofit schemes - often involving 500+ properties - covering the implementation of energy efficiency measures, fabric upgrades, and renewable energy solutions. The Retrofit team operates collaboratively alongside in-house disciplines such as architecture, sustainability, building services engineering, and surveying, providing a unique opportunity to broaden your expertise across the built environment.
