Collaborate with delivery and integration departments to align departmental planning with programme needs. Use JIRA and Confluence to plan, track, and communicate project progress and updates. Develop and adjust departmental work plans based on programme timing and late-stage changes. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and changes to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the team has the necessary resources and information to execute plans effectively. Coordinate with HMI teams across AAD, China, and Portland to align with spec releases and share planning insights. Lead large projects or processes with minimal oversight, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to plan for sizable teams in complex organisational structures. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and communicate across all levels.
