Role Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Solutions Engineer to join our close-knit team in Oxfordshire. This is a great development opportunity for a motivated self-starter to learn all about our products and how they are used in the electricity industry; you will be responsible for advising our sales teams and customer base on the optimum use of our digital solutions products. Linking energy generation to consumption, the business specialises in high-performance medium and low-voltage switchgear for utility, industrial and commercial applications. Key Responsibilties • Provide technical support to the BDM, Sales Managers and teams. • Give demonstrations to both new and existing customers • Provide technical support data for the contracts and sales and marketing teams and help negotiate technical issues at customer level • Coordinate the development of projects from pre-sales through to implementation. • Assist in identifying new products and services for development and integrate these into the company s service offering. • Training and mentoring. • Develop new customers and markets in conjunction with BDM • Manage technical interfaces in contracts and automation engineering functions • Work to
