This role is ongoing and offers night shifts, with an immediate start.Key Responsibilities:Perform visual inspections of soft tops to ensure they meet quality standards.Record inspection data and manage reports using PC systems.Repair soft tops using hand tools such as rivet guns, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.Assist with assembly of soft top components, ensuring correct assembly and quality.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Skills and Experience:A valid UK driving licence is ESSENTIAL Previous experience in assembly, quality inspection, or mechanical repairs.Proficient with hand tools for repairs and assembly.Basic computer skills for data management.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights.Polish speaking (not essential) This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
