General Practice Partner

to join their team in a rewarding role.

You will be part of a successful, expanding team, working alongside multiple partners, and managing a team of staff. Your role will involve developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the practice.

As an

Accountancy Practice Partner , you will manage your own client portfolio, consisting of SME/Owner Managed Businesses across South East England. Clients include sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies, mainly below the audit threshold. Your team will provide services such as accounts, management accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT. The role offers flexibility and will be tailored to your experience and aspirations.

Requirements

ACA/ACCA qualified

Experience at a senior level within a general practice environment

Proven client handling skills, with the ability to maintain high-quality client relationships
