Customer-Centric Innovation: You''ll be instrumental in challenging assumptions about how customers use our platform, defining new ways to meet their business needs, and driving the evolution of our comprehensive managed WordPress platform.

Strategic Leadership: You''ll be a product leader, providing clarity to your team and stakeholders by meticulously crafting a well-organized roadmap and backlog. Your strategic vision will directly contribute to improving the reliability, scalability, and performance of our offerings.

Collaborative Environment: Work hand-in-hand with talented engineering leaders, other Product Managers, Program Management, and Customer Experience (CX) teams in a fast-paced, agile environment to deliver high-value features.

The day to dayCollaborate with other Product Managers to understand our platform''s product strategy and your team''s critical role within it.

Take ownership of the end-to-end customer experience for the services and domains your team manages.

Articulate complex technical information related to infrastructure to a diverse range of non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Regularly refine and prioritise your product roadmap, driven by deep customer insights, robust data analysis, and key stakeholder input. You''ll skillfully lead negotiation and trade-off discussions to ensure optimal outcomes.

Define high-quality epics and user stories with thoughtful acceptance criteria, consistently delivering tangible customer value and developing self-service capabilities that reduce the workload for our Customer Experience (CX) organisation.

Work closely with engineering leaders to seamlessly integrate technical direction and strategy into both the product roadmap and backlog.

Partner directly with your engineering team to design, schedule, and deliver innovative solutions within a Scrum and Agile framework.

Collaborate with other Product Managers, Program Management, and Customer Experience (CX) to establish clear expectations and identify in-scope teams, dependencies, and technical requirements for project work.

Track and measure the results and impact of your domains by defining clear and actionable product success metrics.

Exhibit an exceptional ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external partners, fostering strong, productive relationships.

Required ExperienceExperience that Counts: 7+ years of progressive product management experience in a technical environment, preferably with a strong background in web hosting.

Foundation in Technology: Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in a technology-centric field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, Mathematics, or Business.

Certified Expertise: Product Manager and/or Product Owner certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing certified Product Manager).

Technical Acumen: Familiarity with DevOps, Production Engineering, and SRE best practices.

Customer-Obsessed: A proven focus on deeply understanding market and customer problems (the why) before diving into possible solutions (the what).

Agile Master: Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience with software implementation life-cycles (Scrum, Agile, Iterative and Incremental, etc.).

Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey software product features, technical designs, and product strategy to both technical and non-technical teams.

Detail-Oriented Leader: High attention to detail and a proven track record of successfully leading multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

Collaborative Spirit: A history of strong partnership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive initiatives across the finish line.
