We’re looking for a Principal Consultant, Culture, Engagement and Organizational Performance to join our People Development and Performance team in Bangkok. You will work with a team of experts to provide systems and data-driven insights to measure, refine, and scale capability development from the individual employee to organizational level, without taking ownership away from employees and their managers. This role offers a global reach to identify and solve complex challenges, shape people processes, and influence how the company operates while ensuring managers and people processes help achieve business goals. We go beyond traditional learning and performance management—rethinking roles, structures, career paths, and the systems that shape employee experience and engagement. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful programs, reporting insights directly to top management.In This Role, You''ll Get ToWork closely with senior stakeholders to develop teams that achieve ambitious business strategies, including new engagement with partners, product innovation models, culture and organization structure, and maintaining high performance and employee engagementProvide proactive analysis of data to identify patterns, inform strategy, track and measure impact, and offer actionable recommendations tied to business outcomesPresent analysis and insights to senior leadership on talent strategies, including attrition patterns, promotions, performance management outcomes, employee sentiment surveys, and demographic patternsEmploy innovative methods to scale capability beyond traditional learning, including role and organizational design, process and tools improvement, and multiple learning modalitiesAct as a trusted advisor to leadership to enhance effectiveness through assessment, feedback and coachingPromote compliance and operational rigor to minimize regulatory violations and prevent reworkWhat You''ll Need to Succeed8+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting and/or relevant experience in Talent Management and People operations at a multinational organizationUndergraduate degree from a top university; advanced degrees welcomeStrong business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures relate to executionFacilitation and coaching to drive business outcomes, including presenting to senior executivesProven ability to develop, implement and coordinate multiple initiatives from scratch with clear, measurable metricsData-driven problem solving and ability to communicate actionable recommendations to business leadersExperience in areas such as organizational design, onboarding, compensation, business consulting, and data analysis (preferred but not required)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead critical conversationsOwnership mindset with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize effectivelyDiscretion, confidentiality, and professional ethicsAbility to thrive in a multicultural environment with humility and flexibilityStrong judgment, self-motivation, curiosity, and trustworthinessFlexibility and a sense of humorLocation
