Quality Manager – Ystrad Mynach CF82. Commutable from Hengoed, Blackwood, Caerphilly, Merthyr Tydfil, Ebbw Vale, Rhymney, Tredegar, Abertillery, Newport, Cardiff, Pontypridd, Llantrisant. Salary: £50,000. Benefits: 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays; Pension Scheme; Death in service; Onsite parking; Excellent training opportunities; Early finish on Fridays.Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the plant manager, manage a small team of quality engineers and technicians.Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.Making use of continuous improvement methodology and quality tools such as 8D and 5Y to improve existing processes.Management of the QMS.Knowledge, Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will come from a background of quality management.Experience working to ISO standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001.Customer facing experience and dealing with customer complaints.A track record of managing external and internal audits.Experience working within a highly regulated industry - automotive, medical.How to apply
