Managed downtime scheduling to coordinate workloads across both field teams and the contact centre, ensuring resources were used efficiently. Took ownership of calendar management and upkeep, maintaining planned workloads and managing capacity releases through Salesforce and Monet. Leveraged data from dashboards, reports, and workflows to support effective scheduling for both field and contact centre teams. Followed established processes to ensure accurate alignment between data management and how different types of work were scheduled. Worked closely with field and contact centre managers to recommend resource allocation and ensure schedules were followed correctly.Previous experience and requirements: Hands-on experience with automated scheduling tools is essential.
