The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating GMRA and GMSLA agreements to support SMBC''s fixed income business. It plays a key part in managing legal risk, partnering closely with front office teams, and ensuring the effective execution of repo and stock-lending documentation across EMEA.Client DetailsThe client is a large, global financial institution with a strong presence across EMEA and a highly active fixed-income and securities-financing business.
