Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons for KS3-5 students, inspiring a love for literature and language.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports student engagement and growth.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with substantial experience teaching English at KS3-5 levels.
• A proven ability to inspire and challenge students of varying abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to professional growth and innovative teaching practices.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
