We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team, with the opportunity to progress. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where you ll play a key role in maintaining production, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently Ensure all products meet required quality standards Carry out basic quality checks, including first-off and last-off inspections Follow and promote health and safety procedures on the shop floor Report issues, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement Help train and support other operators as you progress What we re looking for: Previous machine operating experience (essential) Good attention to detail with a strong focus on quality Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player Confident communicator with a willingness to learn What we offer: Starting pay from £12.71 per hour Training and development opportunities Stable role within a growing manufacturing business To apply, please submit your CV and call (phone number removed)
