This role involves managing some of the largest FMCG accounts in the industry and reports directly to the Managing Director.This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the agency''s growth, helping to achieve monthly and annual targets within budget, securing new business, and strengthening existing client relationships. You will mentor and guide a team of Account Directors and Managers, ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of campaigns.Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the agency''s largest account while also attracting new clients to drive growth. Oversee the day-to-day management of the largest account and support the team with smaller accounts.Serve as the main point of contact for all clients and accounts.Collaborate with the CEO to track profitability and produce progress reports.Manage internal communications to ensure constant collaboration between Client Services and Production.Demonstrated leadership skills to mentor and support the team.Proven stakeholder management experience, representing the agency in client discussions.Background in the creative industries.Proven track record of growing accounts and securing flagship business.Experience in developing Account Executives, Account Managers, and Account Directors.Phone
