What you will do as a Quality Manager
Lead the charge on continuous quality improvement across apprenticeships, adult learning, partnerships and corporate servicesTrack achievement, retention and destination data like a quality detective, always looking for the next improvement opportunityDesign and implement a Corporate Services Quality FrameworkManage the Self:Assessment and Quality Improvement Plan processesCollaborate with curriculum leaders, quality teams and external partners to ensure every learner gets a top-tier experienceSupport inspections and external quality assurance visits and always ensure you’re inspection readyManage the colleges complaints and compliments process with fairness, speed and a touch of diplomacy
Experience/Qualifications Of a Quality Manager
Proven experience working in an apprenticeships (essential)Experience in adult learning, partnerships or corporate services quality (desirable: training and support can be provided)A Level 5 teaching qualification and a head for data, detail and deadlinesA calm, clear communicator who can build strong relationships across teams and with external stakeholdersBe a creative thinker who sees quality not as a checklist, but as a cultureHave a commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and continuous improvementApprenticeship experience is an essential requirement for this role. We can provide training and development for the other areas of responsibility (adult learning, partnerships and corporate services) if required.
