This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing people, refining processes, and still being hands-on with high-quality client engagement.The Role: As Client Engagement Manager, you will oversee the full engagement function, starting with managing one associate and expanding the team as lead volume grows. You will work across multiple lead sources, digital, event/webinar-based, and partnerships, ensuring leads are validated, prioritised, and allocated efficiently.Duties include, but are not limited to:Managing, supporting, and developing the Client Engagement AssociateValidating leads from multiple sources and allocating them through relevant channelsHandling complex or higher priority leads directlyOverseeing partnerships, ensuring strong process flow and relationship managementLeading webinars, presentations, and client-facing sessions as requiredReviewing and improving scripts, KPIs, and quality frameworksSupporting occasional content creation related to client engagementEnsuring data accuracy and consistency across systemsMonitoring upcoming calls, pipeline activity, and overall lead qualityDriving continuous improvement of engagement processes and team performance
