You’ll be based in either our Manchester or London hub.You’ll lead a variety of commercial workstreams and projects, putting your service delivery, project management, engagement and data skills to good use. No two days will be the same - you’ll lead the procurement of lower value goods and services and support complex commercial activity. You’ll engage with stakeholders and customers, analyse data and share insight reports with senior leaders, advising the department how they can secure good value and comply with procurement regulations.You’ll be inquisitive and keen to learn new skills, and in return we can provide you with the learning and development you need to develop your career in commercial and in the Civil Service. You may line manage a small team.We place great emphasis on individual’s willingness to get involved and work as a team. Commercial is central to the delivery of DCMS objectives, so you’ll be agile and keen to work flexibly to meet the changing priorities of the department with enthusiasm.
