Support Worker (Children and Young People) Location: UxbridgeSalary: up to 28,500 per annum (DOE)Full-time Rolling rota (includes sleep-ins) We are recruiting Support Workers to join an Ofsted-registered residential home for adolescent boys with Learning Disabilities and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This role is ideal for someone with a QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent, who is passionate about making a positive impact in young people''s lives. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality care, promoting the health, welfare, education and development of young people.Contribute to a safe, supportive and homely environment where young people feel secure and valued.Support daily routines, including household tasks, appointments, education, leisure activities and family contact.Build positive relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries.Assist with keyworker responsibilities, contributing to care plans and progress reviews.Apply de-escalation and behaviour management strategies when required.Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, social workers and external professionals.Participate in training and professional development, including undertaking the Diploma Level 4 in Residential Childcare (sponsored after probation).Shift PatternRolling rota of 2 days on, 2 days off including sleep-ins (shared within the team).RequirementsQCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) o
