Managing supplier queries promptly via email and telephoneResolving invoice discrepancies by liaising with departments and finance teamsChasing supplier statements, bank details, and copy invoices as neededScanning, filing, and organising invoices for approval and authorisationPosting journals to the nominal ledger and reconciling supplier statementsInputting invoices manually and processing credit card and direct debit paymentsPreparing and assis
