One of Irelands leading remote luxury resorts is seeking an HR Manager- a strategic, hands-on role shaping culture, guiding colleagues, and driving excellence behind the scenes. Set in a beautiful location, youll champion wellbeing, develop talent, and ensure the behind-the-scenes magic runs as brilliantly as the guest experience out front.About the Role
The HR Manager will lead the day-to-day HR function, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a culture of continuous development. This is a hands-on position requiring strong operational expertise, sound judgement, and a solutions-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, ER, and compliance with employment legislationOversee payrollSupport the development and implementation of the resorts Health and Safety strategyDesign and deliver training and development for team members and managersLead internal programmes including Graduate, Placement, and Higher-Level Apprenticeship (HLA) schemesProvide precise workforce planning, HR forecasting, and reporting to inform decisions.Coach line managers on performance, engagement, and disciplinary matters.Lead DEI and wellbeing initiatives across the resortCollaborate with external stakeholders (education providers, training bodies, regulatory authorities) to meet business and compliance needsEnsure all HR policies and procedures are current, compliant, and aligned to business goals.The Ideal Candidate
CIPD Level 5 (or very robust HR generalist experience)Strong knowledge ofemployment lawand HR best practiceHotel, Hospitality, or fast-paced service sector experience preferred.People-first approach with energy, organisation, and confidenceExceptional communication, discretion, and the ability to influence at all levels.Resilient and proactive, comfortable managing multiple prioritiesLongevity in previous rolesWhats on Offer
