Senior BIM Coordinator Manchester - Hybrid Permanent Summary We are currently seeking a Senior BIM (Building Information Modelling) Coordinator to join a new team being created out of our Manchester office and have some line management duties. This role will be responsible for the production and maintenance of building drawings and models to assist in the overall design and construction process. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Coordinate and monitor the work of the BIM team allocated to specified project(s), within budget and programme.Produce and maintain coordinated building information models/drawings to assist in the overall design and construction process.Conduct regular coordination review meetings, using 3D model as a discussion tool and highlighting variations, to ensure timely communication between the department and the wider construction team.Maintain a working knowledge of all MEP systems relevant to the installation commissioning and maintenance of services, to ensure optimised coordinated solutions and enable CDM compliance.Visit site to gain practical experience of installation practices and apply these to improve modelling and coordination effectiveness.Develop skills within the team in relation to software, MEP systems and coordination of work, offering guidance and fe
