The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. Working within a dynamic engineering team, you’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across a modern manufacturing site. This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly impact efficiency, reliability, and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with food industry standards
- Working collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime
What We’re Looking For
- Multi-skilled engineer (ideally electrical bias)
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Food highly desirable)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and improvement
- Relevant engineering qualifications
