SENIOR FACILITIES ENGINEER Our client, an Oil and Gas Operator is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Engineer with strong experience in merger acquisitions (MandA) and new ventures (NV). It is an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience across a diverse range of assets, regions, and energy sectors, including both oil and gas and renewables. It is a PAYE contract initially until 31 March 2027. The position is based in Uxbridge. The role: The successful candidate will be part of the Technical Evaluation team located in the UK, within the global Business Development Centre reporting to the Technical Evaluation Manager. This is an important role to support the client''s growth targets. The role will provide an excellent opportunity to broaden experience over a wide range of assets and regions whilst also gaining exposure to the commercial aspects of MandA and NV. The role of the BD team is to source, evaluate and recommend MandA and NV opportunities to management to enable the company''s planned growth strategy to be executed in the desired timeframe. The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate include the evaluation and verification of surface facility designs, schedules and costs in MandA/NV projects as part of a multidisciplinary technical team.
