This is a synthetic price-rate role, offering strong earning potential based on completed work. Immediate starts are available.Key DutiesComplete box builds within the Openreach network.Carry out core drilling and blockage clearance.Undertake duct laying in residential areas.Perform hand rodding within the Openreach network.Operate plant machinery in line with accreditation and safety standards.Ensure all works meet Openreach and streetworks compliance requirements.RequirementsFully accredited 2-man team (Ganger and Labourer).Proven experience in telecoms civils and Openreach network works.NRSWA all modules - LA, 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07.K008 - Hand Rodding in the Openreach network.Q013 - Modular Box Building (OR network).Q019 - Core Drilling (OR).Q020 - Blockages (OR).Q021 - Duct Laying (OR).NPORS or CPCS Digger Ticket.Smart Awards Card.Own van and tools required.What We Offer 500- 700+ per day per 2-man crew (price work, based on completed work).Client will supply trailer and plant machinery.Ongoing work across Sussex.Immediate start available.Please
