The Chef de Partie will:Be responsible for the smooth running of your designated section in the Kitchen, ensuring all food service areas achieve a consistently high standard of food presentationProvide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilitiesEnsure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient mannerWork collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiencesAssist the Head Chef in the promotion and management of the criteria for the AA Rosette Standards throughout all required areasTo be successful in the role of Chef de Partie,
