Account Manager / Business Development Manager POS Installations Leicester Full time / Permanent 9am-5pm. Salary up to 55k + performance bonus Our Leicester based client are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Manager/ Business Development Manager to join their expanding friendly team to manage clients and driving business growth. The account manager role will be divided into managing existing accounts to a high standard ensuring that clients requirements are exceeded at every stage and providing a link between the client and the internal teams. In addition a large part of the account manager role will be working on growing new business, utilising different avenues such as following warm leads, past clients and other opportunities. The role Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact Oversee client projects from initial brief through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met. Work closely with internal teams including production, warehouse, logistics and installation to ensure smooth project delivery Prepare and present project updates, KPI reports and recommendations to client and internal management team Identify opportunities for business growth and additional services within existing accounts Onboard new clients and expand business opportunities working with wider team to achieve this.
