We are looking for a Front Office Developer who has experience working in the front office. You will be involved in the whole software development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to development, testing, deployment, and support.This role will have a variety of responsibilities:Gather requirements from traders, other clients, or teams (IT, quants…)Develop new functionalities mostly in Excel / VBA, potentially also some PythonTest the code and assist with Microsoft Office patchesProactively plan and migrate functionality from spreadsheets to strategic systemsSupport and progressively improve the applications developed in the teamCollaborate with support and other IT and technical teamsDraw up all the technical documentation required in accordance with the Group''s Development Policies and the stipulations of the solution designIdentify training, upskilling, or re-profiling needs required to maintain technical competencesQualifications

Deep knowledge of Excel and VBAExperience working in banking with front office experience providing support to tradersExperience with complex spreadsheetsProficient in C# .Net Core and/or PythonFinancial knowledge of Rates asset class, basic concepts, and main products
