Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN. Support students with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence, communication, and independence. Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and parents to provide effective support and track pupil progress.
