Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Use observations and assessments to track progress and inform planning
• Promote social, emotional, and academic development through creative approaches

Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS with experience teaching in Early Years / Reception
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
• Creative, adaptable, and nurturing in approach
• Committed to inclusive education and safeguarding practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
