The RoleProvide on-site service, repair, and maintenance of packaging and converting equipment.Carry out fault finding, software upgrades, electrical repairs, and work with PLCs and invertersAssist with off-loading, installation, and commissioning of new machinery at customer sitesDeliver operator training and demonstrations as neededConduct detailed surveys and provide clear reports with recommended partsMaintain high safety standards and report hazards appropriatelyRepresent the business professionally at every customer visitThe PersonElectrical or mechanical engineering background, with hands-on experience gained in a field environmentExperience in servicing or repairing packaging, converting or print finishing machinery highly desirableStrong fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills, including PLCs and invertersCustomer-foc
