Your responsibilities in the roleResponsible for the design, build, and maintenance of all of the company''s on-premise and cloud infrastructureImplement on-premise and cloud infrastructure upgrade projects.Maintain all company servers, both on-premise and in the cloud (Azure).Maintain storage systems (SAN, NAS).Maintain company network at all sites including switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.Monitor company infrastructure to ensure performance and availability.Handle support tickets that are escalated for infrastructure resolution.Ensure server backups are performed and test recovery.Assist in establishing a robust Disaster Recovery Plan and participate in the practice of the Disaster Recovery at least annually.Assist with the planning and deployment of group security measures.
