Why this role mattersAs the Business Partnering and Commercial Finance Manager for HH and Converged, you will play a pivotal role within the Commercial Finance team, driving financial value and growth for EE''s converged households. You will partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to provide insightful financial analysis and support decision-making. This role involves leading commercial reporting, managing pricing and investment frameworks, and ensuring alignment on financial targets to support business performance. You will also work alongside senior leaders to influence and shape commercial outcomes.
What you''ll be doing
Lead the finance partnership with Commercial, Marketing, and Product teams to drive value and growth in converged households.
Own the commercial finance processes for converged households, providing clear insight into performance drivers.
Develop and maintain robust financial targets to support budgeting and rolling forecasts.
Deliver decision support on pricing, propositions, and investment frameworks to ensure alignment with value and financial objectives.
Identify, quantify, and mitigate financial risks arising from internal and external factors.
Conduct ad hoc commercial analysis and impact assessments related to pricing changes, market dynamics, and new propositions.
Ensure accurate performance tracking and alignment with PandL outcomes.
Foster cross-functional collaboration to support commercial decision-making and financial performance.
The skills you''ll need
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience in business partnering, financial planning, and forecasting.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret and communicate financial impacts clearly.
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to influence decision-making and drive commercial outcomes.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
