With continued organic growth and a strong leadership team in place, the business is investing in its governance and regulatory oversight capability.The RoleReporting into the Compliance Manager and working closely with senior stakeholders, you will take ownership of risk and compliance activity across the business. This role combines hands-on auditing and call monitoring responsibilities with broader oversight of regulatory compliance and risk management.The successful candidate will ideally have a background in financial services and experience operating within a regulated environment.A working knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Financial Conduct Authority is essential.
