This role is pivotal in acquiring new business and re-engaging lapsed clients through a consultative, solutions-focused approach. Role Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for: Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities, including reactivating dormant accounts. Utilizing a consultative sales approach to position our services effectively to prospects and customers. Achieving and exceeding defined sales targets and KPIs. Developing and managing customer relationships to deliver a high level of service and grow account value. Conducting regular face-to-face client meetings to strengthen partnerships. Understanding and communicating our value proposition within the context of market needs. Interpreting and aligning to client business objectives and future plans. Producing accurate quotes and proposals in line with pricing and discount structures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records and other internal systems.
