This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up, take ownership of monthly accounts for a number of businesses. You''ll be supported with a generous study package (ACCA / CIMA / ACA), full training, and exposure to a wide range of clients across sectors. Key Responsibilities: Prepare full monthly management accounts, including all related journals, accruals and prepayments Reconcile multiple balance sheet accounts (VAT, payroll, fixed assets, intercompany, etc.) Produce monthly variance analysis, KPIs and board reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting Prepare and submit VAT returns and assist with corporation and personal tax Use and train others on cloud-based accounting platforms including Xero or QuickBooks Supervise and support junior team members on day-to-day tasks Liaise directly with SME clients and build strong working relationships What We''re Looking For: Part-qualified or actively studying (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) - full study support provided Minimum 3 years'' experience in a finance or accounting role Must have experience preparing full management accounts Strong understanding of balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries Comfortable working to strict deadlines wit
