Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for supporting education? We are currently seeking a Temporary School Administrator to join a welcoming and dynamic school team in Redditch. This temp assignment will be until end of July.

Location: Redditch

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Contract: Temporary, 8am-4pm (Monday to Friday)

Start Date: Immediate

Your Role: As a School Administrator, you’ll play a vital part in the smooth running of daily school operations. Your duties will include:

Managing front office reception and handling enquiries

Assisting with attendance, admissions, and pupil records

Supporting the leadership team with administrative tasks

Liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies

Maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding procedures at all times

About You:

Previous school admin or office experience is desirable

Confident using IT systems, including MS Office

Friendly, professional, and highly organised

Able to work independently and as part of a team
