Machine Setter Operator Roles and Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery, including milling machines and tooling equipment, to ensure optimal performance and product quality Assemble components accurately to specifications, using SolidWorks and CAD software for precise measurement and alignment Perform regular machine inspections and carry out routine maintenance to keep equipment in top condition Safely handle materials and follow all health and safety procedures during the production process Identify and resolve operational issues using logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills Work collaboratively with team members, engineers, and management to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards of production Machine Setter Operator Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Setter, or similar role within a manufacturing or workshop environment Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and understand control systems such as Fanuc, Haas, and Hurco Proficient in reading CAD drawings and measurements; experience with OneCNC offline programming is a plus Skilled in both milling and turning operations Familiar with too
