Business Development Representative

As a BDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. You’ll be responsible for building your market, mapping out key players, and helping shape the future of sales processes within the business.This is not your typical BDR role — it’s ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, comfortable in ambiguity, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll work closely with the founders and leadership team, and your input will directly influence the sales strategy and product direction.Responsibilities
Identify and map target markets, sectors, and customer segmentsResearch and build a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)Own your niche — become an expert in your vertical and shape the outreach strategyWork closely with leadership and product teams to feed insights from the marketBook and prepare discovery calls and meetings for senior sales or foundersUse CRM tools to track activity, analyze data, and report on performanceContribute to go-to-market planning, messaging, and experimentationTake initiative — suggest new outreach strategies, tools, and automation ideasWhat We’re Looking For
1–2+ years in a BDR, SDR, or sales-focused role, ideally within SaaS or softwareExperience working in or with early-stage startups or fast-paced environmentsProven success in outbound lead generation — market mapping, targeting, and qualifying prospectsComfortable with autonomy — you can build your own plan and execute itStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platformsA curious, resilient, and driven personality — you enjoy learning and iteratingPassion for working in a collaborative, impact-driven teamWhy Join?
