Director of Finance (Executive Director, SMF3) WPP IM Co is being established as an FCA-regulated investment management company to serve the eight Welsh Local Government Pension Scheme funds, managing more than £25 billion for 412,000 members. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to help shape a permanent, world-class investment institution for Wales and to design and lead the investment capability of a new, regulated company at the heart of UKLGPS reform. With Government backing, and authorisation targeted for March 2026, WPP IM Co will operate to global standards with a Welsh purpose - combining professional excellence with a clear public mandate.
