We have the special opportunity for a well-established Shift Engineer to join our growing family here at The Beaumont Hotel.As a Shift Engineer, you will support the Chief Engineer

with the day to day running of the Engineering operations, having a flexible approach to maintenance tasks and the needs of our guests. You will maintain the up keep of the building and respond to guest issues in a personal and welcoming manner, putting your

hands-on problem solving skills to good use.To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, organisation and communication skills, as youll collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.*This is a day shift role, night shifts will not be required at this stage.Our ideal candidate will have:Flexibility, reliability, and adaptabilityProven work experience as Shift Engineer or similar roleKnowledge of key hotel operations in a 5 star hotelSolid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.Ability to integrate into an established team.About The Beaumont:Since opening in 2014, this privately owned and independently run five-star hotel has established an enviable reputation for its thoughtful, friendly service, winning many accolades, including Hotel of the Year Overall at the Preferred Hotels and Resorts Awards of Excellence 2024.
