My client, an international not-for-profit organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial support on a 6 month contract. This is a key role in strengthening financial controls, improving reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting global teams with accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting

• Developing and maintaining strong internal controls

• Acting as a trusted advisor to non-financial stakeholders

• Preparing and presenting management accounts and variance analysis

• Supporting statutory reporting and audits

• Regular visits to partner offices to monitor compliance and provide training

About you:

• Immediately available - or available within 4 weeks

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy with final-stage ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent

• Strong experience in financial and management accounting, preferably in an international or donor-funded environment

• Advanced Excel and experience working with complex finance systems

• Ability to present financial information clearly to diverse, non-financial stakeholders

• Understanding of financial compliance and risk management

• Willingness to travel internationally on a quarterly basis

• Knowledge of Arabic is essential
