Required Experience:At least 5 years'' proven experience in Building Services and MEP coordination, with an emphasis on BIM.Technical Competence:Skilled in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Strong understanding of MEP systems, industry standards, and best practices.Key Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines.Highly capable in problem-solving and analytical thinking.Role Responsibilities:3D BIM Modelling: Create, update, and refine 3D MEP service models.Clash Detection: Use software such as Navisworks to detect, document, and resolve conflicts in the BIM environment.Coordination and Workflow: Liaise with engineers, architects, and project managers to maintain project progress and quality.
