A great opportunity to join as a Cluster Director of Sales with a Luxury Hotel Group in LondonKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across a cluster of hotels to drive revenue, market share, and profit.Team Management:Lead, inspire, and mentor sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.Revenue Generation:Maximize revenue from all hotel outlets, including rooms, restaurants, and spas, by ensuring effective pricing, distribution, and market positioning.Client Relations:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the corporate, leisure, and events markets.Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to proactively respond and identify new commercial opportunities.Work closely with other departments and the revenue management team to align strategies and achieve budgeted goals.Skills and ExperienceProven experience in luxury hotel sales and leadership is essential.Strong understanding of both corporate and leisure sales markets.Expertise in sales strategy development, distribution optimization, and revenue management.Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship-building skills.Italian experience is a plus.Only Shortlisted Candidates will be contactedUpload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
