OverviewProperty Maintenance Officer / Shift Engineers role at Imperial London Hotels. Based in Bloomsbury, London. 40 hours a week (5/7 days a week; flexibility is required).

Responsibilities

Oversee various daily maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical or plumbing work, general building repair, painting, flooring and general facility repair.

Ensure guest bedrooms are well-maintained and presented in immaculate condition.

Support a culture of safety and high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

Essential:

2 years experience in Property Maintenance or a similar role

Level 2 Property Maintenance or a similar trade qualification

Strong problem-solving abilities

Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality

Team player who thrives in a busy environment

Experience with maintenance management systems

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable (Not required but a plus):

Proficient in using Saeker and OPERA PMS System

Experience working in hotels
