As a Product Owner, you will be accountable for representing the customer''s view when building, delivering, and maintaining enterprise-level digital and data products for Heathrow. You will be responsible for engaging with senior management up to departmental director level to set the strategic direction of data product sets and accurately represent these requirements within product roadmaps, acting as a key member of a dynamic agile delivery squad. As part of the wider Heathrow Data and AI team, you will manage both internal and supplier teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of customer requirements. Working within the broader Data and AI function, you will plan and execute a capital spend plan of between £1 million and £3 million per annum. You will collaborate with Technology Architects and wider technical teams to understand any technical change requirements needed to maintain fit-for-purpose product sets, and will be responsible for delivering these changes while balancing them with your customer\''s functional needs. Accountable for articulating product roadmaps driven from departmental wide customer requirements.Responsible for articulating the customer\''s requirements whilst building capital plans to fund future initiatives.Responsible for the delivery of new products and the maintenance of products within your portfolio.Working with business owners to ensure products can be delivered into operation.Working with data operations teams to ensure timely product availability.Excellent communications skills: written, verbal, group presentations.Excellent people management and negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Experience in at least one of the following product groups: Commercial Systems, Airport Operational Systems, APIs and Data, Enterprise Back Office, or Infrastructure.Experience of Agile project delivery, ideally within an enterprise environment.Strong experience with systems data products delivered and operated within an enterprise environment.
