With gym based clinics located well-known fitness chains including Bannatynes, Gymbox, Milo and The Bull, UNIT and Fitness First.We are seeking a senior, commercially astute, and clinically grounded leader to work closely with the CEO to drive growth, optimise performance, and develop strategic partnerships. This is a pivotal role combining clinical service excellence with business development. The successful candidate will lead on setting and monitoring SLAs, building commercial partnerships, and ensuring that all sites deliver outstanding client outcomes and financial performance.This is a national role with regular travel to the clinics in our trading areaKey ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and GrowthDevelop and execute commercial strategies to increase revenue and profitability, particularly across the 10 flagship sites.Identify and develop new service lines or product offerings aligned with market demand and clinical strengths.Analyse performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and underperforming areas.Clinical Service ExcellenceDevelop and implement a group-wide clinical framework and service delivery model that supports scale, quality, and commercial outcomes.Work with clinic leads to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery aligned with clinical best practices.Set clear SLAs and KPIs and monitor them to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.Foster a culture of clinical excellence with commercial accountability.Strategic PartnershipsCultivate and manage relationships with healthcare partners (e.g., BUPA, Vitality, AXA, etc.) to drive incremental business opportunities.Negotiate and secure referral pathways and preferred provider agreements.Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance to deliver strategic initiatives.Present business cases and growth plans to internal stakeholders, including private equity partners when required.Leadership, Training and People ManagementBuild and lead a high-performing clinical leadership team accountable for site-level success.Influence, support, and develop clinic managers and senior clinicians to align clinical goals with business targets.Evolve and implement comprehensive learning and development strategy to enhance clinicians skills, support their ongoing professional growth, and expand their clinical capabilities. Act as a senior leader within the business, representing clinical and commercial perspectives at board level when required.Key RequirementsProven experience in a senior leadership role within healthcare, allied health, or multi-site clinical services.Proven success in building and leading multi-layered teams, with the ability to coach and hold others accountable.Strong background in business development, strategy, or operations within a clinical setting.Demonstrated ability to manage commercial relationships with referrers, insurers or healthcare providers (e.g., BUPA, AXA).Track record of delivering measurable revenue and profit growth.Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Clinical qualifications or experience working with clinical teams (desirable but not essential).Comfortable working in a PE-backed, fast-paced, results-driven environment.What We OfferA senior leadership role with high visibility and influence.Opportunity to shape the growth strategy of a national business.Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.Collaborative culture focused on excellence, integrity, and innovation#J-18808-Ljbffr
