The role involves operating machinery used to cut materials to specific measurements, alongside warehouse duties and forklift operation.Machine and Forklift Operative Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation Operate machinery used to cut materials to precise measurements. Set up, adjust, and monitor machines to meet production requirements. Carry out regular quality checks and ensure output accuracy. Perform basic machine cleaning and troubleshooting. Accurately record production information. Forklift Operation Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift (must hold a valid external, in-date certificate). Reach Truck experience is an advantage. Load/unload vehicles and move materials within warehouse and production areas. Complete daily safety checks and follow all FLT procedures. General Warehouse Duties Assist with picking, packing, and general stock handling. Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods. Support stock counts and warehouse organisation.
